1.Introduction of snacks extruder puff snacks production line:
a.Snacks food machine can be directly extruded from the extruder, dryer and flavoring machine. We can produce all kinds of snacks and different shapes by adjusting the dies from extruder. Snacks food line can take corn, rice, wheat, oat, rye and other grains as materials to produce extruded snacks, with crispy taste and lively shape, Snacks food processing line is designed according to market demand. It includes cheese balls, corn curls, corn sticks, coco pops, cereal, kurkure and pellets.
b.Products: Variety shapes are available for onion ring, fruit loops, coco loops, corn snacks, cheese balls, corn curls, corn sticks, coco pops, breakfast cereals, corn flakes, kurkure and pellets, etc.
2. Raw materials: adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients.
3. Products: different shapes are made by adjusting the dies from extruder.

7. Machines Materials: All the puff snack food extruder machine are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.
About the twin screw extruder:
1). Twin screw extruder are made of feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, lubrication system, and control system.
2). The feeding system, main driving system and cutting system adopt adjusting speed by inverter, strong power, stable operation, saving energy.
3). Automatically lubricating, forced cooling, to ensure safe operation and prolong the service life of extrusion machine.
4). The screw adopts Alloy 38CrMoAL, processed by special technology.
5). Different structure and length diameter ratio of screw extrusion system can meet the requirements of different products and technology.
6).We use SIEMENS (CHINA)electrical parts.
7). Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.
8).The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
9). The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
Packaging & Shipping:
1).packaging: daub coal oil on the surface to protect the machine from moisture, Then cover with plastic film.Finaly pack them with wooden case.
