Main part of machine line:
Mixer:
Mixer is used to mix the raw material with water evenly. There has angled mixing blades inside to ensure the mixing area.
Single screw extruder:
The single screw extruder is used to produce short cut pasta macaroni food.
There has vacuum system on the extruder to extract the air when working, thus it can produce high quality pasta macaroni food without air bubble on the surface.
The screw is made of food grade 38CrMoAl which is durable.
The extruder can be controlled by controller in speed, temperature.
Dryer:
This dryer can be electricity, gas, diesel or steam heating type. It uses reciprocating design with multiple layers, thus the dryer covers small area on the floor. It has high heat utilization and large output.
The dryer is also equipped with four circulating fans thus greatly improving drying efficiency. And there also has
dehumidification fans on the top of the dryer, which can timely discharge water vapor.
The entire dryer is covered with a 40mm thick insulation layer to minimize heat waste.
The conveying speed of the dryer and temperature can be controlled by controller.
The bottom of the dryer is also equipped with drawers for easy cleaning of dropping products.
